Is there a way to find deals on water parks? Sometimes there are coupon codes, and other times you can't find a deal for families with small kids. - Beth, Chicago

If you're talking about the Wisconsin Dells, and you have small children, you'll want to pick up the Deals in the Dells card from a Culver's restaurant. (Before you make a special trip, be sure to call in advance to make sure they have them in stock.)

With it, an adult can get a free admission for up to four children age 11 and under to lots of attractions, including the water parks at the Kalahari, Chula Vista and Mount Olympus. At Noah's Ark, you get a free Adventure Pass, which is good for admission to five rides.

The pass also includes free admissions to both Dells Boat Tours, two jet-boat rides, two Duck tours and the Tommy Bartlett Show. The card is good through Labor Day.

The Deals in the Dells brochure also lists special deals at lodgings and includes a free bundle of firewood at campgrounds.

For 2-for-1 deals that can be used for adults, get the Madison Entertainment book, which includes some Wisconsin Dells attractions, including the Chula Vista water park and Dells boat tour. Right now, it's $15, including shipping.

You'll also save on attractions if you order online.

And to be notified of promo codes and special deals throughout the year, sign up to receive email alerts from the water parks you like. Many have deals especially for previous guests.
