More than 150 musicians and songwriters perform in more than 15 venues around town to benefit the historic Michigan Avenue canal bridge.
Nine ships will gather off Sherwood Point between 4 and 5 p.m., then enter the harbor as a fleet and dock overnight.
The ships will come from Green Bay and in the morning will sail to Algoma, from which they will race to Kenosha.
This street party includes a car show, cornhole and chalk-art contests, music and artisans and winds up at 5 p.m. with the auction of 25 artist-created benches.
Festivities start with a tree lighting Friday night. A parade is 10 a.m. Saturday, and there's free trolley and wagon rides plus visits with Santa and his reindeer.
