The American Swedish Institute hosts morning (inside) and afternoon (outside) Easter egg hunts at the 33-room Turnblad Mansion. There will also be crafts, storytelling and Easter tree-decorating. Register by March 21.
At the Racine Zoo, the all-day Eggstravaganza includes a candy hunt, bounce houses, an egg dig, a dance party, egg- and cookie-decorating, crafts and games.
At the Milwaukee County Zoo, there will be an Easter parade, crafts and, of course, animals.
Following the hunt for eggs on the lawn of the James J. Hill House on Summit Avenue, there's music, a scavenger hunt, basket-decorating and Victorian-era kids' crafts. Reserve morning or afternoon sessions in advance.
